Sunday 27 September 2026: 10am-2pm

Join us at Swell Woolgoolga for a free and fun day out for the whole family, and to see how far the new Swell masterplanned community has come.

The first 30 homesites in Swell Retreat Release 1 will be complete by the Open Day, and we invite you to come and inspect these new properties for yourself.

Ample parking will be available on site, with access via Newmans Road, Woolgoolga. For families attending sporting or other events at the adjoining Wiigulga Sports Complex, you will be able to easily walk from the Sports Complex carpark via a direct wide, pram-friendly footpath.
